These terms govern your use of the service (an AI wedding speech generation tool). Using the service means you accept these terms.

1. Service: the service generates speech drafts based on information you provide. Output is writing assistance; you remain solely responsible for the final content and its appropriateness.

2. Prohibited uses: any illegal use, infringement of third-party rights, resale of generated content, or reverse engineering of the service.

3. Liability: except in cases of gross negligence, the service is not liable for damages resulting from the use of generated content.

4. Suspension: accounts may be suspended in case of fraudulent use.

5. Refunds: as stated in our refund policy, a full refund is available on request within 48 hours of generation.

6. Use of texts: generated speeches may be freely used and edited by the purchaser for personal use at their wedding.

7. Governing law: these terms are governed by Japanese law. Consumers retain all their statutory rights, including EU consumers' right of withdrawal.
